We’re proudly based in the UK! Every Zezzy piece is designed and made here with care, love, and attention to detail. We’re a small, family-run brand that believes in quality, comfort, and celebrating every curve.

What sizes do you stock?

Zezzy is all about inclusive, flattering fits. Our sizes currently range from UK 14–32, with each piece designed to look and feel amazing on real bodies. We focus on plus-size and tall-fit clothing, so you can feel confident knowing that everything is made with comfort and proportion in mind.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, absolutely! We ship worldwide. All international orders are sent via tracked delivery for peace of mind. Delivery to Europe usually takes 3–5 working days, and worldwide orders take around 7–14 working days depending on your location. Please note, some countries may charge customs or import duties which are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does delivery take in the UK?

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48-hour services. Orders under £100 can choose between:
– Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) — £3.00
– Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) — £5.00
Orders over £100 receive free 48-hour delivery, and orders over £150 qualify for free 24-hour delivery.
We also offer Saturday delivery for £5.00 when you order before 2:30pm on Friday.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Of course! We want you to absolutely love your Zezzy pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, simply email our team with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

How do I know what size to order?

We know that sizing can be tricky, especially online. That’s why we’ve made our Size Guide as detailed as possible — you’ll find it at the bottom of every product page. Each piece is designed and fitted on real bodies to help you get the best fit. If you’re still unsure, our team is more than happy to help with measurements or fit advice before you order.

Are your clothes true to size?

Yes, our clothing is designed to fit true to size for plus-size and tall women. We focus on flattering cuts and high-quality fabrics that hold their shape while still being comfortable. If an item runs slightly larger or smaller, we’ll always mention it in the product description.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched — but once it’s been shipped, we can’t make changes. In that case, you can return the item once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available). All payments are secure and processed safely through our checkout system.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes! Because we design and make everything in small batches, popular styles can sell out quickly. If something you love is out of stock, keep an eye on our website or follow us on Instagram for restock updates. You can also sign up for email notifications on the product page to be the first to know when it’s back.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment — we’re an online-only brand, which helps us keep our prices fair while focusing on high-quality, UK-made fashion. But who knows? A Zezzy showroom might just be in our future 👀.

How should I care for my Zezzy clothes?

We want your pieces to stay beautiful for as long as possible! You’ll find care instructions on every garment label. We recommend washing most items on a gentle cycle at 30°C and avoiding tumble dryers where possible. For delicate fabrics, use a mild detergent and reshape while damp.
